My fiancé had bought me a beautiful Costco engagement ring, but it needed to be sized up and the prongs needed some adjusting. The repair jeweler was honest and told me though they could size up, they won’t because it would ruin the ring. To fix the prongs was out of our price range so on our own we decided to look at their rings. We ended up purchasing one after talking to a jeweler for about two hours about what’s best for us and all about learning and understanding a diamond. We will go back to get our wedding bands and feel this will be our go to jeweler. Just a splendid experience!!

William’s Jewelers is the best! I came in yesterday to get an estimate on fixing the gem in my ring and within a matter of minutes, they looked it over and had the service team tighten the prongs for me with no charge! Such a wonderful experience, and my ring looks phenomenal now. Thank you all so much! I will definitely be back in the future with any of my jewelry repairs and needs.

The environment was classy and inviting the staff was completely friendly and welcoming. Our sales person was Jon and he was great. He was attentive and listened to exactly what we were looking for. Jon showed us the piece we had seen in one of their adds but knowing we were buying it for our teenage son quickly explained we might need a piece that would stand up to the every day wear of a very active teenager. Fantastic customer service at Williams Jewelers. Everyone there was so nice. Greta is a terrific sales associate, so personable and helpful. Andrew, the service coordinator, has a great eye; he found the PERFECT bail in their stock to affix to my pendant. The work they did on my aquamarine-diamond pendant was A++.
