The location is convenient. The units are well appointed and priced average for the area.
I'd only recommend this complex if you love dogs. Like really, really, really love dogs. Do you like walking in grassy areas as an exercise in dodging dog piles? Do you like the sound of a dog crying loudly every morning when the owner leaves? Do you like looking out your patio door to see your neighbor staring back at you from 5 feet away while their dog does their business? Does the smell of wet dog in hallway every day sound appetizing? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this place is for you

We lived here for 2.5 years and loved it. The location is great and close to the freeway so you can get downtown in 20 minutes or less. They take good care of the building and offer everything you'd ever ask for in an apartment. Heated underground parking, in-unit laundry, granite countertops, etc. Plus dogs are allowed. Strongly recommend Sutter Creek apartments!
