I recently had a bad experience at a well known hotel chain. I needed to be at this hotel chain for an extended period of time due to my husband's medical needs in the area. Very fortunately, I was able to get much help from a Mayfair Reserve in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. I explained my dilemma and immediately the staff provided me with a 4 month lease and a very quick move in date which helped me greatly. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. I sincerely want to thank Tera, Katrina, Jackson, Scott, and John for their warm welcome, excellent service and continued assistance answering questions

I am not one to ever leave reviews, but this place deserves it. Mayfair Reserve claims to be a "luxury" apartment complex but the management fails to live up to these expectations. After 2 years of living here and diligently paying rent on time, on the day of my move out, they knowingly and maliciously towed the personal cars of two of my movers, claiming that their cars were “randomly towed". My last interaction with Mayfair was not only insulting, disrespectful, inconsiderate and infuriating, but also cost me $700 in towing fees in addition to the cost and stress of moving. Lived here for 20 months. Terrible management. After we vacated the apartment on the last day when we said, can you please let us know if you received any mails, one lady sitting in the front desk said "it's your responsibility very rudely". I mean really?. I WOULD NEVER THIS RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Glad we left mayfair. Regret it till today. Not friendly staff, charged us entire security deposit after we vacated and for what? Some random cleaning charges and the cost was exactly same as security deposit. 👏 will never recommend this place to anyone.

Packages go missing, things stolen, overcharged for rent. The list of complaints goes on. The staff here is HORRIBLE and never answers emails or calls. They refused to fill out my tax form, they overcharged me for rent (and then shorted me on reimbursement) but by far the biggest issue is that they use an ILLEGITIMATE unlicensed tow service to tow your car from the parking garage for no reason. I pay my rent on time and do everything necessary but they allowed it to be stolen by this illegal tow service. Now I have to take legal action against them. The apartment looks nice but management is awful. I reached out to inquire about one of the units that is listed as being available at the price of $1113 but I was told that, “Our prices do change every day so that $1113 price has gone up a bit. It is looking as of right now our cheapest priced option for a February 1st move in would be $1232.” Really? Within hours of seeing your posted unit as available you’re going to increase the rent over $100 a month? Renters beware, you’re going to be scammed.

Highly recommend due to several reasons:
- Staff is very professional and responsive
- Unfortunately, I had to leave due to pandemic. Katrina was very
professional and clear about the procedure. Fortunately, everything
flowed smoothly for me and that was a big relief during this scary
times.
- Facilities are kept clean and well maintained
- Had a couple minor issues with the refrigerator and the dishwasher
machine and they responded immediately. Maintenance staff is very
profesional and knowledgable. Great service !!!

I loved living here. The amenities are incredible, but most of all I really appreciated Katrina, who is part of the front office staff. From the moment I moved in, she was more
than helpful. She made me feel so cared for and valued as a resident.

I have resided at these apartment homes since June, which is when I moved to this state. I was apprehensive about this community due to its management reviews however I still have it a shot. I'm huge on customer service so after shopping at a few places I met Ivan who was great and very attentive. After his walk through of the complex he had sold me!!!! Far better presentation then the last place I had went to. I applied, got approved and moved in!!!

Customer service bar none! Mayfair Reserve staff are friendly, helpful, caring and genuinely concerned about the needs of the residents. Quality everything throughout the apartments with luxurious amenities. We absolutely loved every day we lived here. If we hadn't found our dream home we honestly would not have moved! We thoroughly enjoyed calling Mayfair Reserve home for the last 1.5 years. We highly recommend Mayfair Reserve to all.

New complex that is well designed and decorated. Stainless steel appliances and stylish bathrooms. Full suite of amenities with resort style pool, full fitness center, business center and game room with TVs, ping pong table and pool table. Convenient location to Mayfair Mall and restaurants. Highly recommend.
