Incredibly shady company. Fiancé and I recently moved to WI and were looking for a place to rent. Price online is reasonable, go to check it out the next day. Place looks good and we want to take it. Price we’re given is now almost $100 higher than what is quoted online. We tell them that’s outside of our budget and ask if they have anything else. They say they can do a shorter lease for a price that’s a bit lower than the online price, so we say yes and apply. After our application is approved, they tell us the rent is now going to be $75 a month higher than the quote we received because

We have been living here since more than an year now. The location is great and the units are also very nice. Kids enjoy the location with the park around the corner. The maintanance staff and management is awesome , they hear all queries with empathy and maintanance requests are resolved within hours when we report them. The parking lot, private streets are very well maintained. Trash management is also very good. Stress free living within a good community! This place has been infested by Bed Bugs since 2016, but management continues to rent out apartments without eliminating bed bugs. Bed bugs are spreading from apartment to apartment and building to building and ends up in the Norhardt office and the work out room. I am appalled by the lack of care and deception by Inland, LLC management and employees. They make you sign a bed bug addendum which makes you liable for bed bugs regardless of who brought them in or if eggs and nymphs were already present in your new apartment which is not visible to the naked eye.

Fantastic place to live. Modern feel and appliances , best walk score in Brookfield. Close to shopping and plenty of awesome features. Office staff is the best and maintenance is always eager to please and fix issues promptly. Can’t go wrong living here.

We have been resident here for over four years and new management and new management practices are all about what is good for the owner and not what is reasonable for the tenant. Will not be extending our lease at next renewal. Mandel Group understood customer service - can not be said for the new group - be warned!

I've lived at Norhardt Crossing for over a year. The property is currently under going a major renovation and the staff is handling the chaos well and keeping tenants up to date on all of the new amenities.
The new work out room is awesome and the grounds are well kept and landscaped beautifully. I highly recommend taking a tour of this property. I have just recently renewed my lease for another year.
