Most efficient and professional movers Extremely fast, actually cares about protecting your belongings. Can't beat the price either! I had a large 650lbs fridge removed from the second floor of my condo and wanted them to bring another one in my new house. No matter who I contacted, nobody was willing to do it.

I have used MAT 3 times now (twice in state and once out of state) and I absolutely love using them. They are incredibly responsive, efficient and do an overall outstanding job.
I had another mover cancel on me last minute to move from Maryland to Boston and I emailed MAT and they were able to move me on only 3 days notice.
They are absolutely incredible and I could not recommend a company more.

We had a great experience with M.A.T. Movers for our DC to North Carolina move! Michael and Alex arrived on-time and worked quickly. Couldn't recommend these guys more. They were reliable, professional and went above and beyond. Our sofas were so large it took them three attempts to get them into our home - which included climbing two sets of stairs. They didn't need to do this, and it was risky for them.

I sent a message on yelp for a move with a specific day and they gave a generic quote so I called to discuss since it seemed to be missing information. I was told they were not available today which is reasonable being it was last minute. Be aware when using Yelp to send messages to expedite requests to multiple businesses. This is one of the businesses that doesn't necessarily read your message and sends you a blanket response influencing you to call. Never used services, just providing feedback towards initial steps of finding the right movers

Really good people. Came in right in time. Did a quick walk through and got all that we wanted moved to our storage unit in a reasonable 3.5 hours. The price is better than the comp and they were courteous. Once we sell the house and move fully, this is the company I'm hiring to get us moved out. Glad I found them.

I can't say enough good things about MAT Movers! Michael and his colleague were so efficient, professional, and friendly. My move was scheduled for 8AM and they were there right on the dot. My original movers had cancelled on me 36 hours prior to my move and so I was frantically looking for other movers and I am so glad I found this company. Moving is already super stressful to begin with, but everything went so smoothly with them. I HIGHLY recommend them for your move!

MAT Movers helped me move across the country during a pandemic. Communication was easy and straight to the point. They showed up on time for my 7am-9am slot and had everything moved into the truck and ready to go by 9 am. They were very accommodating with social distancing and wearing masks--they even helped me pack my car with some things I wanted to take with me. We drove across 4 states/8 hours and they got everything moved in for me. Very appreciative has I felt safe and taken care of. I did have one of my picture frames break but they weren't packed away like the other things. The pricing

This moving company is the reason why you should hire movers. They were professional, on time (7am), and got the job done. This was the first time that I had movers where I didn't feel any worry. Moving makes me anxious. They moved my items from apartment to my house and set everything back up. They are also very friendly. I am a happy customer.

I can't compliment this company enough. I recieved several quotes before selecting MAT Movers. My friend told me about them after he used them several times. I still got quotes from several other companies. MAT Movers quote was based on the hour and they provided a rough estimate sheet. I was so worried they would work extra slow because they charge hourly. Let me tell you these guys are amazing. I felt like they were sprinting the whole time without taking a break. They were super punctual the first day but I had an early apt. The next day for delivery I had a late time and they got stuck

PLEASE DO NOT HIRE M.A.T MOVERS! I hired M.A.T Movers to pack and move my furniture on April 25, 2020. I purchased a new home and had wood floors installed throughout my house before moving my furniture into my new home. I didn't want to move in then remove furniture to have wood floors installed. My furniture was not wrapped with plastic to protect from inclement weather my living room set has water stains. The moving company did not have shoe covers which added to floors being scratched. AsI trusted M.A.T Movers to move my furniture and it ended up being one of the worst decisions of my

I can't say enough about these guys! Last minute move because my closing on my new home kept getting pushed back. Very efficient and extremely careful with your furniture. Not one piece was even scratched and I don't know how they managed not to put not even a smudge on any wall in a brand new townhouse where it's extremely difficult to get furniture upstairs. The price was extremely competitive and I'm very happy and relieved!!!

I chose MAT movers based on their quote I received through Yelp. I needed movers in a short amount of time and they had the best reviews and overall price. The pros would be the movers showed up on time, they explained the pricing up front, and they were very friendly.
The cons: They didn't have all of the equipment they needed to properly pack my things for a long distance move and to make the move more efficient. They couldn't drive the cart they brought which took up time bc you're paying them by the hour. I had to borrow a better cart from my complex to speed things up. I mentioned

Was a little late, scuffed a piece or two, and materials included does not include tape and plastic which came out to an additional $90 but overall wasn’t bad and they’re no slackers. They put all my furniture back together and where I wanted them. I would use them again and recommend them. They’re still cheaper than the big companies and I move was 1.5hrs driving so it would’ve cost a lot more else where.

Michael and his team packed and moved us. We had a great experience! They were reliable, on time, courteous, and careful with all of our things. Communication was a key to coordinate the moving plan. He always answered our calls and texts immediately.
In addition, we asked Michael to take all the junk and trash that we left in the house the day… after we moved. It was a relief to see the house completely empty after the moving. We will strongly recommend having this service done to anyone planning to move.

We contracted MAT Movers (Michael) for our local moving. Michael was very professional from the beginning and gave very reasonable fix rate estimate for the entire moving and he stood by that rate till the job was completely done. Michael and his team showed up on time and completed the job even though it was raining very heavily. Michael and his team wrapped up the furniture nicely and moved it to our new home smoothly. That is precisely the reason that I gave 5-star in my review.
