If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I’ve used them twice so far. The first was body repair on a not-my-fault accident with my Subaru. The second was a recent visit with my two year-old Lexus, that I still baby, to fix a few small dents and scratches. They did a fantastic job on both occasions. My Lexus looks brand new and they even cleaned the inside. I also got my car back in three hours. Everyone there is professional and friendly and Michelle makes the whole process easy. I won’t take my car anywhere else and highly recommend them.

Needing car repairs isn’t usually something I look forward to but I had a wonderful experience with Michelle and John at Geauga Unibody! Michelle got a rental car lined up and waiting for me at drop off. They did a great job on the work and even finished my car a full day earlier than expected! As unfortunate as needing repairs is Geauga Unibody makes the process as easy as possible. They had everything set up for me so all I had to do was drop off my car and pick it up when it was ready. They communicated any changes right away so I wasn't left wondering what was happening. The work they did was impeccable seamless blending of the paint and they even cleaned the inside of my car which was an awesome bonus. I highly recommend this shop for the excellent customer service and repairs.
