Had the pleasant experience of using Highway Garage & Auto Body Center to repair my Porsche Cayenne on two separate occasions. Their service and quality of work is impeccable! Brandon was my contact person and always kept me abreast on the status of the repairs. COVID-19 definitely increased wait times and caused some delays with the repair of my SUV but it was well worth the wait. This is the only place I would trust my luxury car too (hence why I waited one month to bring my car in). Overall excellent quality work and great customer service!

Broke down on Sunday evening and when I called Monday morning they sent someone out immediately to pick up my car. Ran diagnostic testing, and they called first to let me know of cost, which I love. Upon inspection of my car they advised me that my engine seized and there was no oil in my car. Instead of them replacing it and incurring a huge bill they advise me to contact Kia. Kia is now replacing my motor at no cost to me. In my opinion this business and its employees are knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and fair. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Highway Garage is a professional and experienced auto body center! They are friendly and extremely helpful, especially to me. I have had two repairs
here since I moved to Ohio 3 years ago and each time I was impressed with the care and patience with which I was treated. In fact ,with my second bumper bender I went to Hwy Garage before I called my husband. They assured me that all was in their good hands. Going for an oil change now, I'm sure it will be the same great service.

I took my car to the body shop after a hit and run and they were super easy to work with! My insurance worked with them and I literally had to do nothing to get everything finished. It’s really convenient that they have an enterprise car rental on site. There was a little miscommunication on some brake work that I had requested, but they got me back in the next week, checked things out, gave me a loaner car for the day, and my car was in and out in one day. Great service, thank you!

I took my car in today for a quote for my bumper which I have been putting off for over a year. They immediately had me bring my car around to the garage so someone could look at it and quote it. The fix ended up being super simple and it was completed on the spot. I was so impressed by how kind, polite, and honest the gentleman and other staff helping me was. I was so pleased by the customer service in the short time I was there. I plan on using them for all of my auto body and mechanical needs!

My car was hit and my passenger side door was badly damaged. The whole door needed to be replaced! Infiniti dealership referred this place for body work for vehicles. I have never been more impressed and trusting. Retrieving the estimate was quick and efficient. There was additional charges that were generated per the initial estimate provided by my insurance, they took care of reaching out to the insurance. They made it a smooth and easy process. My car was even finished ahead of schedule. I will 100% recommend Highway Auto Center to anyone. Thank you for being excellent

I have had Highway work on my cars several times including mechanic work as well as body work. They are very prompt and fair to work with and have always done a great job. I recommend them to my neighbors for these services and also like that they consider themselves part of the Chagrin valley community. Most recently, I had a very minor scuff down the side of my car; I stopped in to Highway for a price and Mike just buffed it out right there and then! Great people, excellent service, fair prices.

My vehicle was in in accident and the towing company my insurance uses never picked it up to take it to the shop. Mike got right on it. He located my vehicle and had it towed to them without me even needing to do anything. Highway Garage provided excellent service and communication throughout the process. They truly care about their customers instead of just filling their own pockets.
