I forgot to mention the surprise pet fee... $25 a night per pet... not mentioned at the time of booking or on the website. Only told while checking to ensure that I have to stay there. It would be nice be told earlier so I'm not surprised with extra fees after I've already paid for the room. Pretty annoying 🙄

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, we had several problems with getting our new boat transported back to florida, we had to extend our stay for over a month. Sergio (the owner) was extremely accomodating and even gave us a discount on our extended stay. The hotel and our room were always clean and well kept, Cold AC and good TV. Definitely will be staying when we return to Kemah...

One of my favorite hotels, the rooms have a musky feel to them but the styling inside is great. The Roku tv's are definitely a plus. The only downside for me is the front desk is hard to get a hold of after 5,called them several times with no answer. Waited 2 hours and ended up having to book another hotel. I will still be using these guys in the future as with everything there is always a off day.

Enjoyed the stay. Except for the mishap with our room keys around midnight. Keys stopped working and was unable to get into our room. Went to the front desk and the clerk did not speak English. Made us talk into her phone in order to translate....Still took about 45 minutes to get the situation resolved. Upon checkout we wanted to inform the morning clerk of our experience the night before. She had already been speaking to us in English before we voiced our complaint. When the issue was brought up she acted like she couldn't speak English and refused to communicate with us. I stayed here for 3 nights the first night we got there late at 11 and the lady had checked us in and when we got to our room the bathroom has water dripping from the ceiling with mold around the edges of the walls. We went to the front desk and no one could speak English. So the next day we told the same lady that checked us in about it and she said she would tell her manager. When we came back that evening nothing had been done about the mold and water it was still dripping. The floor was wet and we could leave anything in the bathroom. We told her again and she assured the manager would come

Their website states, “ Enjoy a plate of free scrumptious breakfast every morning. We serve waffles, hot and cold cereal, fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt, breads and muffins, bagels, milk, and all-you-can-drink coffee, tea, and juice.” Not true. Woman sitting in the dining area (employee) said everything cost a dollar except for coffee. Nobody at the front desk to talk to until 11 am. Not a big deal just don’t set the expectation. Clean room. Bathroom fan was noisy. AC leaked water and didn’t adequately cool when set at 68 degrees. Affordable and clean given the issues.

Don’t stay!!!
Horrible service from GM which is the owner’s wife. Shower did not drain properly. Went notify front desk she said OK she was going to notify the GM. Asked if there was another room available she said no they were not in the book. I asked her if we could have more towels due to us using the ones we had in the bathroom to clean up the water she said no all she had was portals. She gave me three pool towels add a time total of six towels. GM call very rude. She told me to stop running the water I was flooding the other rooms. When I told her not to be disrespectful or rude because
