This was my first time here at nail lounge. Everything was pretty great; the cleanliness was awesome ,the customer service ; everyone was really nice I really enjoyed my nail tech Bella she did a fantastic job , she took my idea and she just basically made it exactly how I imagined . She finished my nails in under an hour! Amazing. My only complaint is that I had an appointment for 11 o’clock and I wasn’t in until about 12:05 . However I noticed Bella was working on someone with really gorgeous long nails so it probably took her a long time to get it perfect. Despite that everything was amazing

I came here to get a gel manicure. The front desk lady took me to a chair ,then was moved 3 more times to different chairs. When she finally started working with me she acted very annoyed and was filing my nails vigorously and cut me ,I told her it hurt me and she was yelling that it was my fault because I was moving. Then she proceeded to placed the file that she had just used on me in the a bin that was labeled as "clean" . There's when I stepped out. I decided to not finish the service there.
Unprofessional, not sanitary, very poor customer service, rude front desk lady.

First time visiting this place and I was very satisfied with the service. I had the classic pedicure and Nicky did a wonderful job, she was very gentle. I'm definitely coming back! Prices are reasonable too

Went in for a full set and pedicure. The pedicure was ok but my nails were so bumpy and there was extra acrylic all around my cuticles. I could get past that but that same day the gel color on my thumb started chipping! I went in the next morning to get it fixed and they told me they had no time to fix it because they had too many appointments! They really couldn’t take 10 mins to fix 1 nail?!? Terrible customer service and mediocre acrylic nails… don’t waste your time or money.

First I called to see what the wait time was and the lady that answered the phone with a rude tone. Then I told her I am 10 minute walk away from the salon, she then told me come back at 1pm. I told her why come back and she said "DO U WANT THE APPOINTMENT OR NOT!" this isn't right. So when we walked in my Daughter asked them for a full set and they told her 5mins and I waited and the guy came to get me and when he was doing it she walked in and looked at me and walked out... This is totally unacceptable... If u have a problem with me then tell me if not then don't respond to me.

This place is huge and very nice inside. It was a weekday and I didn't have a appointment but it was posted that they take walk-ins and it was only about 3 customers there. When I got there a woman came up saying sorry sorry we too busy and trying to show me the way back out the door, you see I'm in a wheelchair and she was trying to make sure I got back out the door. And before I could ask anything, she said "and we have lots people waiting." So that I don't ask about waiting I guess, however I didn't see those people?! TERRIBLE! DO NOT COME HERE. Apparently, the name of the owner is supposedly JASMINE but she was so rude to me. I had came back to the salon because that same day that I got them done 2 of nails broke within 2 hours of getting them done. I came back to get them fixed and the lad literally worked over the nails that were already bad instead of redoing them like they promised me. Instead they did whatever they wanted and did not appreciate me coming back here and still made me wait 2 hours! I came in on a Wednesday 08/11 for a fill and simple gel polish for a wedding i had on Friday night. By Thursday night 08/13 the polish had chipped. I tried to go Friday after work and they told me they could fix it if wait for 1.5 hours when I needed to go to a wedding that evening so that wasn’t possible or a realistic wait time when I mostly just needed my thumb to be fixed (even though the edges for the rest were clearly messing up)and they were super rude and hung up on me over the phone. When I showed up upset they ignored me. They charged me $40 for that service and I gave a $13 tip because
