What is Reflexology? Reflexology is a form of bodywork that focuses primarily on the pressure points in the feet, hands and ears. Reflexology is a complementary and holistic healing technique that has its origins in the ancient cultures of Egypt, China, and India and even in Native American communities.

I was gifted a massage at Mend. Tamu Ngina was a great communicator in scheduling, and getting me in at a convenient time. Her workspace is relaxing and quiet. Though I walked in with the busyness of life on my mind and on my shoulders, I left with such a sense of calm. My massage was perfect, I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Tamu is amazing, I saw her at her farmer's market location, 740 Noble St., kutztown. I got a 20 minute foot reflexology which had an unexpected affect on my head, lungs upper body. I had to sit up slowly to recover but tome it means it really is working on parts of the body. My feet feel wonderful, tingly and energetic up through my calves. I highly recommend.

I have known Tamu Ngina as a healing body worker for over ten years. I have so many positive things to say about my experiences seeing her for reflexology. You can feel how much she loves caring for people and their feet when she lays her hands upon you. We walk on these feet every day plus I work very hard physically so I very much the attention her treatments give. She is strong, gentle, loving, bright, a good listener. I first went to Tamu for deep tissue massage on an area of my back. I am happy to say the pain is gone. She is very knowledgeable and intuitive and finds areas I didn't even realize were tight.
She is a very professional, caring individual, who gets to know her clientele.
I went to have an issue fixed. I stay because what she does will help me to avoid developing more.

Tamu gave me reflexology and a massage. Both which were FANTASTIC! So for the reflexology her pressure on the feet was great -- good, firm, and left no part of my foot without care. I felt like parts of my feet were reawaken and the massage left me feeling very happy -- I stood up to leave with a smile spread over my face. Her work space is very soothing and warm. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.
