Took a load of No.1 steel and dirty aluminum 2.3 tons total. They took both off the trailer at the same time instead of one at a time. Paid me 180$ Said all I had was dirty aluminum when I tried to protest and state that it was mostly No.1 the lady told me if I didn't like it they could load it back on my trailer and I could get stepping . I miss the Mexican guy that used to work the counter there new staff ant that good.

They are efficient in getting you in and out of office area. I am questionable on weight of salvage but cannot confirm. It is what it is.

Very cordial, helpful, and efficient. When you have aluminum or iron to dispose - Jarvis is a great place to sell your discard.

Brought stainless which pays nicely, however they said it was dirty and paid 5 cents a pound. Normally get 30 to 35 cents. They sure robbed us. Didn't know what they were doing either. Tried to pick up with magnet. Well never come here again. Lost out on about $300.00 Highway robbery.!!!!!!!!

Went to Jarvis to drop off unwanted metal like I usually do. This time they busted my trailer light and put the blame on me for not having railings on my trailer. They were gonna let me leave pissed off but the employee who did it, took responsibility and sent me to get a used light from someone he knew. The managers were telling me I needed to take responsibility for going to their scrap yard? Like really? Signs posted everywhere "stay in vehicle at all times". How could it be my fault when the magnet operator dropped a freezer on my taillight? Brand new trailer, got the light replaced
