This is Robert and Tylynn, new owners of Effortless Recycling. We are working on merging our new business link and this one, so we can better address Brandi Varner, Melissa Tuffield, and B Dumond's horrible experience with Effortless Recycling. We would like to personally apologize to each of them. Our website is new, our calendar for everyone's pick up date is easy to read, signing up with us is quick and easy, and our service is excellent. Hopefully our new business link and this old one will be merged soon and we can address the reviews.

We used the service for 4 years while we lived in Lubbock (left in 2019) after moving there from a city that had an extensive recycling program. We had great service from this company. Often if we forget to leave our recycling out someone even called to see if we wanted to leave it out on another day so we could get it picked up. They were always very accommodating. Thanks for the service.

Terrible customer service! In the last 6 months I have had to call and complain to get our regularly scheduled pick-up, picked up. Every time the person speaks with me, they give me excuses and assure me that it will not happen again. The person I speak with changes constantly from month to month so I never know who to reach out to. In an attempt to reach anyone, I get the same voicemail with no response. Save your money, this place is not worth the headache.
