I believe in providing quality care that meets my patients right where they are in life. I have found the best results for people in pain are when they receive a high standard of treatment while feeling heard and understood. I believe my patients are worth my time and find it important to invest in their lives.
I began having terrible left shoulder pain where I could not move it much at all and went to a capable surgeon. He checked my X-ray and MRI and diagnosed my left shoulder with a rotator cuff condition that was labeled "irreparable" and suggested physical therapy to better the situation. I found Dr. Frank Skretch who was known as experienced in shoulder conditions.

I had a herniated disc in my back and Dr. Skretch was able to do a video call to pinpoint my pain and set me up on a regiment of stretching that alleviated the immediate pain within a week and a half! It’s been 7 weeks since my injury and I was able to do a full workout last night for the first time with no pain!

I visited Dr. Frank Skretch when I was having issues with my sciatic nerve. Frank took time to chat about my issues and concerns and explained the therapy process in great detail. With a combination of therapy and at home stretches / exercises I am now 100% healed up and ready to get back to training. I wholeheartedly recommend Anchor Point Physical Therapy!

I've spent the past 5 years driving 30 minutes - an hour to be treated by a great PT. The commute wasn't easy so, when a friend recommended Dr. Skretch, whose office is close, I thought I'd give him a try. I'm glad I did! I've seen him for around 8 visits and I'm feeling good. I'm hyper-mobile and it's difficult to find a good PT who knows how to treat me.
Thank you Dr. Skretch!!!!!

Dr. Frank Skretch changed my relationship with chronic pain I had for years. I had seen a variety of PTs, surgeons and chiropractors. But Dr. Skretch explained how chronic pain works in a way that no one else had. He made me understand that I didn't have to worry about hurting myself by exercising - that exercising was actually the best thing for me. Since seeing him, I still have some pain sometimes but I don't fear and worry about it the way I used to. Thank you Dr. Skretch!

I came to Dr. Skretch with serious rotator cuff pain, and actually thought I might need surgery. In a last ditch effort to avoid surgery, I elected first to try physical therapy, and specifically the kind of therapy that Dr. Skretch offers. I am so happy that I went this route first, and have realized that I should have made this my first step all along. My shoulder pain has decreased drastically, and I'm now able to put on a jacket, throw a ball, wrestle with my kids, and do the things I could not have done prior to seeing Dr. Skretch. And the best part... no surgery!!! Dr. Skretch is a true professional

I’m a Physical Therapist Assistant (nearly 12 years out) who is very picky when it comes to where family and friends go to receive PT since I won’t treat them due to ethics. And, I know not all therapists are equally competent and knowledgeable. I know Dr. Frank personally and professionally and was more than confident in my choice to send my father to him for care. Dr. Frank has taken and received his dry needling certification through MyoPain Seminars which, in my opinion, is the most effective and best training out there. My father and I both have hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a chronic

After months of trying other methods to heal a lingering shoulder injury - ice, heat, massage, rest, electric stim, etc. - I finally went to see Frank. With one 20 minute session, I saw immediate and significant improvement. I hit the basketball court two days later to test it out - and instead of two hours of stabbing pain at the gym and two days of soreness and ache at home, I was 100% pain free with full range of motion, and felt great the next day too. Seriously incredible...should have seen him 3 months ago and saved myself some time and pain. FIVE STARS!

I had a great visit with Dr. Skretch - he helped me with hip issues by doing work in the office and making recommendations for me to do on my own. I am a triathlete, run ultra marathons and do crossfit and have see chiropractors and massage therapists for my left hip issue but none have brought relief like my visit to Dr. Skretch. I highly recommend you visit!
