Booked through Vrbo in August and immediately tried to cancel because my husband wanted to wait to see what happened with Covid. I was told I could cancel but would loose the almost 700$ deposit that I put down. My husband and I decided we would just keep the reservation as to not lose the money. My husband was in the hospital and not working so today we decided we needed to cancel. I explained the situation and asked for consideration of a refund. They declined without giving a reason. Reserved the student fun side, TERRIBLE experience. Unclean, cockroaches, ripped mattress covers, broken window, old stained furniture that was not in the pictures, we paid extra money per person for linens and they were not on the property when we arrived during check in time and never showed up. We tried to contact their office numerous times during their office hours and could hardly get a hold of them, and the few times we did they were little to no help, sent us to another property which also had cockroaches and was clearly not cleaned (trash not taken out, old linens from last tenant, smelled

Horrible!! Made original reservation and got a confirmation. When we went to check in they didn’t have our reservation. We worked with them to get a place to stay. When we finally were able to get to the unit it was TOTALLY infested with bugs and dirty. Then after repeated calls was not able to reach anyone. Completely unacceptable!!

On May 18 2021 I was trying to book a vacation rental with Lisa. I was trying to pay for my rental only for the deposit at the time which should have only been 300-400 dollars she kept trying to run my card for the full amount and multiple times my bank kept blocking the transaction. I called my bank to ensure everything was good and went to call her back she never returned my call I left voicemails and tried for a week still no call back. I moved on and booked another rental as this vacation is to hold a service for my father who has passed to spread his ashes

Contact stated air conditioning but when I got there that was the least of the problem. There was only one working outlet in the whole unit. The floors are falling through. I got injured when my foot got caught in the floor. Contacted management and lady's name was Lisa she stated she would take care of the electric and she didn't. I was supposed to get refund on cleaning fee didn't happen. Stay away from this company. I'm filling lawsuit due to injury and breech of contract.

The person who I the unpleasure of dealing with was named Lisa. She wrote a terrible review about me on Airbnb stating I was a liar which is so ironic because SHE was the one who was lying to the company!
The place was so dirty and there was no electricity in the bedrooms. So we got transferred to a different place and could not get into it for an hour because they gave us the wrong code. Why would we lie about that?!
We could not get a hold of them ever and had to contact AIRBNB so many times through out the trip.
We ended up getting a hotel.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. I had rental booked for over a MONTH AND A HALF for MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND , and they breached a contract with another company which canceled my reservation.... so then they SAID I would just have to refill my paper work to make sure no else reserved it and so I did... ONLY to get a email 3 days later saying I need to move my dates bc someone had reserved it in those 6 hours they had canceled mine!!!
Mother’s Day weekend is ALWAYS BUSY and now I have to find a place to stay in less then 2 weeks.
They over talk you on the phone, they are unorganized and they are horribly

We arrived to an unclean unit (Kozy Kottage) - used dirty tissues/used Q-tips strewn about; smelled like fish and urine (even though paying the hefty cleaning fee). Property does not look as pictured. Aside from the filth, more importantly, the property is downright hazardous! Electrical outlet in living room crackles. The stove had a dirty (grease) burner trap that caught on fire adjacent to the wall when we attempted to heat a pot of water. Luckily we had a canister of salt with us - there were no fire extinguishers! Not only were we in danger, but so were those in the attached unit. Every interior

If I could give this rental company 0 stars, I would. Absolute nightmare. The property was not at all any standard of clean. When I spoke to the owner to let her know exactly how bad it was, she offered to come over and take a look. Since it was a surprise birthday weekend for my boyfriend I agreed for her to come into the property although we were not there to take a look, figuring she would realize how bad it was. I received several e-mails the next morning when I woke up of pictures that she had taken at the property (at least 15 e-mails.) Extremely frustrating as she kept using the term "immaculate
