The Poly Recycle team offers consulting and design services for building re-processing systems. Whether you have an existing line that is inefficient or are interested in designing and building a new line to meet specific production capacity, Poly Recycle can help. We have designed and implemented HDPE and PP re-processing systems in the U.S., Central America, and the Caribbean Islands and we offer this expertise on a contractual basis.
Re-processing post-consumer HDPE and PP has many challenges. Post-Consumer baled bottle streams can be inconsistent, have contaminating plastics, and varying levels of dirt, trash and debris. Our goal is to ensure the transformation of inconsistent baled material into a consistent quality of regrind or repro.
