Sachi was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. After high school, she relocated to South East Asia and worked in the hospitality industry before relocating to California in 2008. Her dreams to become a florist started when she was 5 years old when she would visit the local flower markets with her Mother.
She loved picking up the flowers and smelling them was mesmerized by the florist arranging and wrapping beautiful bouquets. In 2012, she pursued her floral dreams and started working in the industry. Before opening The Little Flower Shop, Sachi was a top-rated freelance designer, traveling the world, creating luxury events.

We worked with 38north to secure The Little Flower Shop as our florist for our wedding. Even with a tight timeline and a specific budget and plan in place, our arrangements were absolutely stunning and perfectly arranged. The variety of florals and overall color palette were all gorgeous and lovingly delivered to us day of. Bonus: the flowers lasted long enough for us to enjoy a week after the event, which made for a very special way to savor our special day a little while longer.

Their new shop in San Anselmo is beautiful with a lovely assortment of plants - variety of types, sizes and price ranges. Also nice to have tons of fresh air flow as the whole front of the shop opens up. Staff was friendly and helpful. I’m so happy to have a shop like this in Marin. I haven’t purchased flowers from them but they look gorgeous.

Little Flowers Shop is Closing for good !
I visited The Little Flowers Shop a few days ago with a friend, before entering we noticed a sign on the door, we had seen plants through the store window that we wanted to buy. We continued inside the little store, but within seconds the owner asked if we needed any help and we stated that we wanted to view the rest of the stock but had seen some we liked the look of, to which we were rudely told that browsing wasn't allowed and asked to leave. I'm unsure if she didn't like the look of us? or if it was something else but it was a truly awful experience
