Not only is San Marin Florist website easy to maneuver, it is full of beautifully arranged flowers! My experience with Pam was delightful. She was most helpful and accommodating. I also spoke with Steve about my delivery and he was very pleasant and called me back when he said he would. I am grateful that my local florist referred me to San Marin Florist since I live out of the area. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

I wanted to send a birthday bouquet, but didn't find what I was looking for in the arrangements offered on-line. I called San Marin Florist and spoke to a nice gentleman. I told him what I wanted to spend and as the flowers were being delivered to a small office, asked that they not include any flowers that had a strong fragrance. The bouquet they created was absolutely lovely and still looks fresh a week later.

What a big disappointment when ordering flowers from here for our Aunt's Funeral. They even personally knew her and chose to send a much skimpier version of the floral spray we ordered. The flowers were dying the day of the services. The person at the store took no ownership of the terrible display of flowers we received, even after seeing the pictures. We were offered a minimal refund. Should have been more, considering the cost and the personal relationship they had.

We celebrated our beautiful wedding with flowers that were beyond our expectations. Pam is so wonderful to work with. She was accommodating, kind, and a true talented professional. We love San Marin Flowers!! Beautiful Fresh flowers that seam to last longer then most other arrangements I've gotten from other places. They've always been right on time (or a little early) when I've ordered flowers for delivery. The owners, Steve & Pam are very friendly & knowledgeable. I always recommend them whenever I can!

Got my birthday flowers sent by my sister, when they arrived I sent a pic of them to her to say thank you. To me they looked nice, nothing extravagant. To my sister they looked nothing like the picture on 1-800 flowers where she ordered them from. She called the florist and they told her they would send another bouquet the following work day. It's been 2 days and nothing showed up. She called them again and nothing still. Now it's been 4 business days. Don't promise something if you don't deliver. :( I guess I won't be using San Marin Flowers in the future.

We were told by a friend that this was THE florist to go to in Novato. We had the unfortunate need for flowers for a funeral. We live on the peninsula and decided to go in person to make our selection but it would only be convenient for us to go on the day of the rosary. We arrived at store opening (10 Am) the owners were very nice and had a few choices to fit our need for a pillow and small arrangement that would be displayed in the casket. The selection of flowers in the store was very good. We made our selection and finished the transaction and prayed the flowers would be delivered on time for

We used San Marin Flowers for our wedding, which was last October 26th in Novato. We were getting married in my mother's backyard, and we wanted an experience that wasn't overly stuffy or formal, but also respected the occasion. And, as we're two guys that was another factor in the flower equation.

I received birthday flowers from this place that my husband ordered on-line and he thought that they would be much bigger. When he called to talk to 1800flowers, where he ordered them, 1800flowers called this place and the man who made the arrangement called me instead of my husband. Very poor service and did not deliver what we wanted.
