Horrible services from receptionist and manager. So I called them for my car to reprogram my key for my infinity so that it works for the locks and they came and tried to fix my locks but it didn't work so the manager came another day to try and fix it but it just made the problem worse which then led to the car not being able to start because he altered the key and deleted the info on my car key which then made it not start anymore. So then I tried to call them to come back and fix it but they blocked my phone number and won't return my calls. They tried to blame it on the whole car

The worst service. I requested a key with remote for a Toyota and Nake the technician said they don't make those only dealership. He charged me $295 for a new key. Found out company does make keys with remote at price range $150 - $215 from a different tech. Called company to complain. For three days manager David and supervisor Jen don't return my call. They are rip offs.

Key could work in ignition after being cut and programed but couldn't unlock door. I had told the owner I would post a review if they didn't fix it. He said I should find another locksmith. I didn't post a review. But after the owner called me to remove the review I didn't post. Threatening with the f word and hanging up. I called him back and demanded an apology for the bad and unprofessional attitude in a voice message. I said if I didn't get one I would post this. I didn't get one!

Johny saved my milk!! (Total time took 20 mins, from my call of distress to his arrival and fix!)
I locked my keys in my trunk after doing a grocery run. Johny quickly drove over from the next city over. He was very professional with the work, and patient as I tried to get my payment method working (the app was bugged while I was trying to pay). The work was fairly priced for how quickly my issue was addressed, and saving my perishables from slowly cooking in the death trap that is my car under the blazing noon sun. 10/10 would recommend, and am satisfid with the work! Thanks again!

I recently had Supreme Locksmith at my home to replace the door knob/lock on my front door because I could no longer open it. The employee showed up 30 minutes late and did not bring the proper materials or tools to complete the job. The knob/lock combo he installed was a different type that did not cover the holes left by the original knob/lock. After a trip to the store, her returned with a plate to install over the exposed holes, but the size was not correct. He attempted to cut and then weld the pieces of the plate, but left a sharp, exposed edge. This was not satisfactory and I told him. He

I had originally put 2 stars on my review, but the owner called and requested that I change it. Because they literally knew my number and knew where I lived, I decided to acquiesce, but this was actually my original rating. Very unprofessional to call and persuade someone to change their rating, scary as well. Just accept the rating and do better next time!

I had a terrible day to start off with since i got fired from my job and just like all bad days something always happens so i lost my honda key. I called supreme locksmith for my honda civic 2009 and they told me they would arrive in 30 minutes. Literally after i phoned them i only waited 15 minutes for a technician to arrive. They greeted me with a smile, and were extremly friendly. The price point was great and i will surely be recommending them. My technicians name was bar. Thanks bar you made my bad day turn around.
