AGADA Integrative Health Center combines traditional evidence-based medicine with proven alternative therapies. Most of us have a doctor, a dentist, likely a hair stylist and probably a handful of additional people and places we go to support different facets of our health and wellness. We choose these professionals and places in our lives to help us best care for ourselves and our families.
The AGADA team believes in the power of integrative healthcare, that's why we offer a wide range of services to treat a variety of symptoms and conditions, all in one convenient location. While a majority of patients choose us for personalized rehabilitative therapies, we are proud to share that more and more people are choosing to work with us to prevent injury, and maintain or improve their state of wellness and mobility.

I am recovering from an injury that was misdiagnosed from another therapist. After months of limited progress, I met with Dan, AGADA's physical therapist. He has been amazing. During our first session, he conducted a thorough evaluation and accurately diagnosed the problem. He identified exercises and provided documents and videos to support my daily routine. I have made significant progress. I have met many therapists over the years, Dan is the best.

I initially told my neurologist that I did not want to go to the therapist that he referred me to at AGADA Physical Therapy, because it is a long drive from my home. However, I decided to try it, and am so glad I did. The drive is well worth the hands-on therapy that I am receiving at AGADA. My therapist, Nannette Washko, is helping me regain movement in my neck that I thought was lost. She is always on time, spends 40 minutes working very hard and very effectively on my neck, and gives me good instructions for exercises to do at home between appointments.

I was referred there by my neurologist to help with headaches. I went there for a total of 4 visits. Every time I left there my headaches would change and get worse. I would explain my symptoms on my next visit and it was like she just wouldn't get what I was saying and contradict my explanations/terminology and said there was improvement when in reality there wasn't. I wish I would of never gone. I'm a very patient person and thought maybe it has to get worse in order to get better but after the last visit I couldn't afford getting any worse. I'm currently experiencing symptoms I haven't had in
