Absolutely the best in KC. They are always polite and professional. They have the cleanest yard and plenty of staff that are friendly and available for any questions. The prices are fair even with the small quantities we bring in. They follow COVID-19 safety recommendations so wear your mask. They ask you have it presorted before you get there and I like that it keeps down on lines developing like other places in KC.

I have been selling metal to them for over 6 years. And at least several times a week at that. Used to be my go-to place. Was a five-star rating. But every time I go lately it gets worse and worse and today just pushed me over the edge. I didn't even have that much aluminum to sell and it was 11:49 on a Saturday and they said no they would not buy it even though they don't close till noon. My one-year-old needs formula or milk or something and now I don't know what the hell I'm supposed to do other than borrow money which is not even cool. I don't know if I will ever go back to their non-ferrous

The people that work there are rude and unprofessional. There theives and RIP you off if your not paying attention or dont know what your doing. I recently took a huge load of clean aluminum to them and it was 110 pounds the receipt said 85 pounds tare so I was only paid for 25 pounds. there was no tare for it was clean aluminum they stole around 180 dollars from me. I wouldn't recommend anyone go here.
