I have always had a great experience with Go Recyclers. They are top notch.

I own an IT Service in the "Kansas City" Metro. For the past 9 years I have used "Go-Recyclers" to recycle all of our outdated equipment.
Extremely through from start to finish. I especially appreciate the Hard Drive destruction.

They showed up and started off nice... The dock was not to their specification. They then looked over our items. Saw smartboards, which the website said they took. He said they do not take these items. We stated that who we talked would have been him and he did not say that. We stated the person we talked with said they took smart boards. He yelled at me and said I called him a liar and walked out.
I proceed to call to speak to someone else, the phone went directly to him. I tried to have a conversation as he continued to yell and state that he would get his attorney involved and hung up on me

I own a computer repair and I.T. company in the Kansas city metro. I needed someone to recycle old computers and components. After exhaustive searching I came across Go-Recyclers . Our accounting firm has used Go-Recyclers service to recycle all of our computers and electronics for more than ten years. Same consistent service each time. Go Recyclers is awesome! I called on a Saturday morning and to my surprise, someone actually answered! I was expecting to get vm. Anyway, I had three old PC's ready to be recycled, so we scheduled a pickup at my residence for noon on Monday. Well they showed up around 9:30 and hauled away the computers at no charge! I can't believe it was so easy. I highly recommend them!

Go-Recyclers is the BEST! We called them Friday at the last minute after being stood up by a competitor, "Forerunner Recycling". We had to be out of our building that day because of our Lease expiring.
Go-Recyclers leased an extra truck and came to our warehouse and had the four pallets of computers gone in less than 4 hours. All of the service was Free. Go-Recyclers is now in my speed dial.

Rudest people I have ever met. Unreal that a business is this rude. Scheduled a pickup and when they show up, give me grief or not being able to sign a "one sided document" whatever that means. In addition, was very rude to our receptionist because they had to sign in to a secure area!!! Talk about looking a gift horse in the mouth, they were getting FREE working servers and tape backup systems. FREE!!! No guidelines my rear!

I was looking for someone to recycle our out of date computers. "Rick" at "Go-Recyclers" was very thorough and helpful, explaining their entire process. They came this morning and loaded 28 items including computers, tablets and hard drives. Very Professional. The pick up, recycling and hard drive destruction is all free. What an incredible service.

I called Thursday to make an appointment to pick up 7 old computers to recycle. " Go-Recyclers" scheduled us for the following Monday morning. They showed up on time and in uniform. They picked up our computers for FREE. Another company was going to charge me $130.00. Very nice people, will use them again. Thank you Go-Recyclers.

We do recycling events with Go-Recyclers a couple times a year and they do an amazing job to help us promote it and keep it from getting to be too much! They come multiple times through the week we do the event always with a smile on their face!
