Rebecca Mills has over 15 years of experience in the senior living industry. An East Tennessee native, Rebecca was raised in Kingsport, Tenn. Her mother was the director of nursing at a local nursing home, which is where Mills initially discovered her passion for working with seniors. She attended East Tennessee State University, and earned a degree in health care administration.
Prior to joining The Pointe at Lifespring community, she held the executive director role for a skilled nursing home for 14 years. She has also served as the activity and social service director for a senior living community. Julie Sharp is our director of Sales and Marketing here at The Pointe at Lifespring.

This is a nice facility with spacious apartments, and the staff seem to really care about the residents. My mother has been able to make good friends here, and is always talking about how good the food is. The staff is friendly and responsive whenever I've called with questions or requests also. If your loved one needs assisted living or memory care in the Knoxville area I have no hesitation recommending The Pointe.

My Mom signed up a year before they opened. She is a foodie and health conscious, with several dietary restrictions. When we signed up we told them that food was an issue. We were assured the food would be quality and nutritious. The food quality has never been great, but has definatley gone down hill over the past year, and they will do nothing to resolve the issue. If your loved one's dietary health is important do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

As a advocate, fan, representative for seniors and their families I was very impressed with the webpage at Lifesprings. I have worked for a local DME company for the past 10 years helping seniors with medical equipment and daily living needs. The demand for a senior living community is so needed in this area. It seems the company has chosen a great and Godly Director and Marketing Rep to get the company going.
