I feel he's great at what he does regarding doing your taxes, but on the business end is where he's lacking. If I have any questions about anything after I've left his presence, i don't hear back from him. No return call or email and I don't know what's been done or needs to be done because I never get a response back. I do hope this gets better for him in the future because he's a nice guy, just need more help.
