Included in your membership are three levels of fitness. The main floor includes True treadmills, ellipticals and bikes, Cybex arc trainers, a stairmaster, row machine, stationary weight machines, free weights, TRX bands and an aerobics room with a projector. Upstairs is equip with a dance studio and batting cage.
