He serves on the Clinical Faculty of the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, and is the Chief of the Plastic Surgery Division at the Christus Santa Rosa Medical Westover Hills Hospital.
Cynthia is a dedicated nurse specializing in non-surgical aesthetics. She brings over 28 years of experience in the plastic surgery field working with Board Certified Plastic Surgeons extending from San Diego, Maryland, Dallas, and San Antonio. As a native of San Diego, California she is fluent in Spanish.

This place is amazing! Wonderful Staff and Doctor, I went in for a full Mommy Makeover and was very pleased with my results. I had minimal down time, about 3 days, then I was up to walking and enjoying my normal life after a liposuction, tummy tuck, breast implants and a lift. I will recommend this place to anyone I know looking to have a procedure done. Also, I will be back when I want any other procedure in the future! If I could I would give a 10 Star Rating, best place I have ever been! Doctor and Staff is amazing!

Impressed with the staff and Doctor! Everyone is friendly and helpful. They really do care about the patients. I had the Mommy Makeover and had the best team from the Nurses to the Doctor and everyone else involved. I was in pain and sore the day of surgery but the next day I was just sore and was already walking around. At the end of the day, the ending results were amazing! I will come back in the future and I highly recommend this office! Wish I could rate the Office as a 10+

I have had 2 procedures with Dr. Ortegon in the last 3 years. He’s absolutely the best when it comes to breast surgery! Both times my recovery period was quick. I healed very well and the scars are minimal. Dr. Ortegon is very professional and listens to your wants and needs attentively. If you are thinking about having a breast procedure done I highly recommend Dr. Ortegon! For me there is no other surgeon when it comes to cosmetic surgery.

I moved from South Carolina to San Antonio a few months ago. I have been on my weight-loss journey for the past 4 years. I decided to see a plastic surgeon due to alot of excess skin I had from loosing over… 200+ lbs. I went to 3 surgeons in the SA area and fell in love with SACS soon as I went in from my consultation. I was hesitant at first because I have never had any surgeries. I am a mother of three and all my pregnancies were with no epidurals. The pain and bruising scares me. Honestly, I should have done my… procedures earlier! SACS was AMAZING from the very beginning! I had a tummy tuck, breast implants, hernia repair, liposuction on back and much more. I travelled from Corpus to have procedure done. No surgeons in Corpus have the recommendations and qualifications as Dr Ortegon and his staff! They even allowed my husband to video conference since he had so many questions. The pain I did experience
