We offer various comprehensive eye exams for all ages 6 months and up. Yearly eye exams check the prescription of your child as well as evaluate the general eye health, and are recommended for all ages. Vision therapy is often referred to as vision training. Many visual problems can't be fixed with glasses.

Emily was born and raised in Twin Falls where she graduated from Canyon Ridge. After high school she attended both BYU Hawaii and BYU Provo where she studied Elementary Education and Family Studies. She recently got married and is loving life! Emily adds a little sweet to the office and we all enjoy her presence.
I took my 14 month to his first eye exam to Dr. Nielson. He was great with him! The atmosphere is very kid friendly! They used up-to-date technology checking my sons eyes and then Dr. Nielson double checked! We started on time and there was no wait! Great place and we found our eye care professional for life!
REMOVE EYEGLASSES with both hands lifting up and over the ears to prevent bending around hinges. KEEP THEM OUT of the bathroom or around sinks where splatters and sprays are likely to happen. Clean lenses with Lens Cleaning Solution and clean microfiber cloth specially designed to be gentle on special lens coatings.
We highly recommend Anti-Reflective Coating on all lenses. This technology not only helps your lenses clean easier, but also provides a stronger protection against scratches. Remember nothing is scratch proof only scratch resistant. AR Coating also guarantees a one-year warranty for any manufacturer defects and excessive scratching.

Our experience at the beginning of the appointment was a little bumpy with trying to get insurance information clarified. Which was a little frustrating as I had spent roughly 15 minutes on the phone when I made the appointment giving them all of the information already and making sure that they took our insurances. As well as filling out online paperwork with all of the same information. I wish that all of the insurance information would have been explained at the beginning of the appointment rather than the end. The office ladies are very friendly and helpful overall. I believe they need to have

We have been coming to Childrens Clear Vision for over a year now. Dr Nielsen and his staff are fantastic to work with. They explain assessments and therapies, keeping us updated on progress and end goals. My daughter LOVES Brooke. She is so genuine and fun to work with. Every single session is motivating and builds on the previous one. Our family and other specialists have seen the benefits working through this process for an individual approach.
