The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt like they really cared about me as a patient and my health. As way of example, they offered me a service that wasn’t covered under my insurance for free to provide me with the best care. all my questions were answered and I didn’t feel rushed out to make room for the next patient.

Very Friendly as well as Professional, they made me feel welcomed and they also are very caring and patient. My Doctor (Dr Steven Snapp) took his time explaining everything to me and answered all of my questions he was very patient and helped me understand everything that was being done. I highly recommend Twinfalls Eye Center.

Twin Falls Eyecenter is a wonderful office. I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was amazing and so very friendly.
Dr. Nate was wonderful to me and so very kind!! She made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. She answered all my questions and explained everything in a very clear manner. She even personally checked on me the next day!

Every single person my husband and I worked with during our recent visit was really wonderful. Dr Shaw is really nice, patient and informative. A special shout out to Sue for all her kindness helping me pick out my frames. I’m picky...it’s a flaw. Don’t judge. She was so patient as I pulled frames down on my way out the door and changed my mind yet again. Everyone is welcoming and puts you at ease right away. This was one of my most positive optical appointments ever!!

Update: Went back in for a complimentary re-check and it appears that they will be able to fix the glasses by lowering the RX a bit. They also apologized for the contact mix-up, and gave me some free new (correctly labeled) contacts. Fingers are crossed for the glasses and I appreciated the attention to detail by the eye doc.

My husband had to go to St. Luke's Hospital the day before going to the Eye Center. He had gotten a piece of sand in his eye. They removed it and then
suggested he go to the Eye Center the next day or 2 to be checked if it didn't get better.
We did end up going the next day and Dr Williams found something else in his eye, removed it, and put in a contact (bandaid),
Dr. Williams and then the following day Dr. Davis were amazing.
The gave him drops and a prescription for antibiotics drops.
We were able to get right in within 20 minutes of my first call and the followup the very next
