I made a mistake to reach out to this company for a home inspection. From the time we contacted this company, Joe was unprofessional and rude. We still went ahead with the company thinking to give them a chance to prove us wrong. We were told home inspection agreement will come via email soon after the appointment was confirmed but we didn't receive an email until 2 HOURS before the scheduled appointment! We were then asked to sign the agreement in a rush. When we asked to reschedule the appointment in order to read over the agreement, we were simply told, "Find someone else."

Working with Joe was one of the best experiences of our home buying process. He was incredibly kind, diligent and friendly. He goes above and beyond what is required of him to inspect the home as if he was moving into it himself. With a new baby on the way, he even kindly pointed out safety hazards for our little one. I recommend Joe to all of my first-time buyer friends that really need to trust the person inspecting their home for them because I trust him to make them feel comfortable.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
I agree with all of the one star reviews. It seems like it’s a common theme and also my recent experience with the owner of this business who was very unprofessional, late, and bragged about over charging another customer. I would think twice before giving money to someone like this.

We have worked with Joe on multiple occasions, us completing our termite inspections while he completes his home inspection. He is always in a great mood and seems to truly care about his clients and making sure the home they are buying is their dream home and not a nightmare in disguise. I wouldn't call anyone else!! Joe with A&O is the way to go!!

Racist, unprofessional, and childish behavior towards a prospective customer for simply declining services and pointing out that the rhetoric the company used was offensive. Also had the audacity of texting the prospective customer 3 times in a row afterwards of how much money they made off a “sale” after their services were declined. What a joke—I will NEVER utilize their services and will tell others about this as well. SHAME ON YOU ALPHA AND OMEGA.

Joe from Alpha and Omega home inspectors was absolutely fantastic! He reviewed two properties for me and was extremely thorough. He explained things so that I could clearly understand the issues that needed to be fixed, provided an extremely detailed report and was extremely pleasant to work with. This was my first time buying a home and after the first home inspection, due to the issues identified by Joe, I declined to continue with the purchase of the home (which I am extremely thankful for as there were a lot of major concerns).
