Eric was fantastic. Not only did he do an incredible job on initial inspection, but he continued to maintain an open line of communication throughout the due diligence process, answering questions and providing feedback wherever he could. I've worked with a number of inspectors, but none as thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable as Eric. 5 stars does not do his services justice.

Very unprofessional! As a Realtor, he made my clients very uncomfortable. He tried to sell multiple services related to the inspection, which was a conflict of interest. He even tried to approach the sellers with other services. When asked, he just said, "if you don't like it, then don't use me again. I will never use him for an inspection again.

My inspector was very knowledgeable and thorough in reviewing the structures and systems of my home. My report was detailed and uploaded for review very quickly. I am very satisfied with the service.

Hired Eric to do a pre-sale inspection on our home as we prepare to sell. He was far more thorough than the inspector that did the inspection when we bought the home years ago. I had been home at the time so after he was done I asked if he could show me the worst items he found and he was happy to do a quick 10-minute walkthrough. I received the full PDF inspection later that evening.
I had questions about the inspection and Eric always got back to me via email, even on weekends, and then after I had done all the repairs I was willing to do he came back to do a free reinspection and was, again

Very Professional and responsive when setting up a home inspection.

This Company came out to inspect a job we finished for a customer. Two weeks went by and never heard from the owner/inspector. So i called the company to talk to the inspector/owner (Eric Hughes). We completed the list of items that was sent to us from the lender. He (Eric Hughes) turned down Two items on the list and did not inform me or the home owner. Eric turned down a third item that wasn’t on the list. Eric also told me that there was cracks in the hall bathroom tub that needed to be caulked. I told him you don’t repair a fiberglass tub with caulk and that we repaired the tub with a gel
