My skills and background working with children over 30 years and earning a Doctorate degree in Psychology gives me the experience and knowledge to work with you to cope with depression, anxiety, and PTSD from past traumas. A holistic approach that includes parents in therapy is an important component of the healing process.

Some techniques incorporated in the therapeutic process that are especially useful in treating depression, anxiety, and PTSD include; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and EMDR. Therapies used are determined by the client's needs. Some goals in therapy could include building resilience, building self-confidence, and learning positive coping skills.
