Dennis was a class act, he gave me options and was very reasonable with price for a new AC unit. I am alway weary of reaching out to contractors, I saved Dennis's number and is my preferred vendor for heating and cooling going forward. Very pleased. Strongly recommend them! Dennis and Tony were very professional and responsive!!! They are extremely easy to talk to and explained the issues and what they were going to do in a simple manner. I replaced my hot water heater and sump pump and I was completely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them in the future!

Dennis is fair, honest, and dependable. We had another well known HVAC business tell us our system was completely shot and a health risk to our family and that we needed a whole new system. Dennis came in and identified that it was a bad part that just needed replacement. He ordered the part and installed the next day. We have found them to be very honest and fair on pricing. We have used them since for other plumbing and air conditioning needs and have had the same fair and reliable service. Can’t say enough good things about Lakehouse! Five stars ⭐️ plus!

I did my research and found all the reviews positive for this company..I wasn’t disappointed.. Dennis was extremely professional and courteous to me and my wife.. they did a great job replacing the old water heater and walked me through what they did..very conversational and he made us feel like he was taking care of family.. highly recommend.. we will be calling in the future for other break downs..

Mr. Tony & Mr. Dennis are absolute stars at Lakehouse Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Inc! I had a time-sensitive issue to replace a furnace in the midst of a strong winter. I called them in the morning, they gave me the same day competitive price for a new furnace and the next day the unit was installed working very nicely. We bought our home in September and installed a new thermostat in October. Recently, we were experiencing issues and called Lakehouse b/c the previous owners used them for service and we figured that they had a mutually good rapport. My husband called and spoke to Dennis and he was able to come out the same day! He was friendly, courteous & professional. I purchased a home which needed a lot of plumbing work due to some things not having been done originally by previous contractors and prior owner neglect. Dennis, the owner, and Tony did a great job, are very thorough, conscientious and are very polite.

This is an exceptional organization, that cares about its customers. They sold my dad a great A/C unit and completed the installation right away (within 48 hours). Their efforts to help my dad (who is a senior that lives in Orland Park, IL)...they also ensured that a great price was provided. My husband called shortly before three this afternoon and they arrived at 3:30pm. Dennis and Tony were friendly, professional, and explained exactly what was wrong with my air conditioning unit. They not only fixed the problem, they cleaned the condenser and got rid of the hornets that had taken up residence in the unit as well. They took the time to recommend maintenance and offer other services throughout the year as well. Their price was extremely reasonable. I'd recommend them to everyone in the area!
