My husband had been receiving services from this agency for physical therapy and nursing services and I just wanted to share how satisfied we are with the services we are getting. All the clinicians have been very professional and courteous. The office staff were very prompt and friendly when I called to ask for assistance. I got a follow up call when I inquired about certain services and the service coordinator was helpful. I highly recommend this agency to anyone needing home care services .

They don’t treat their employees with respect or care. They hang up on me when i call for customer service, they withhold paystubs, and it took them almost a year to resolve an issue that I had to travel to the office multiple times for. On my last visit I was told that I couldn’t be helped and that I had the wrong number when I had just spoke to one of their representatives on the same line. When voicing my concern on their customer service issues I was dismissed. I rated this company a 1 because I couldn’t give it zero stars. I do NOT recommend them for employment whatsoever.

Don't work here! I was hired on saw 1 pt twice. But during the second visit I was locked out of their charting system. I tried texting them but had to call 3 times to get someone to tell me I was no longer employed here. They said they found something on my background check. I informed them of this through the first email correspondence as well as in the interview process. They still hired me. Sean said he didn't read my application or the email but it wasn't him not wanting to hire me, it was their charting system. It's the same system I use at another home health agency; that was a lie and I
