I am EXTREMELY pleased with this company. Very professional and courtesy, easy going, understands how the patient is feeling and will adjust according to their needs. This company's employees comes in ready to work and will complete their assignments to the fullest!!! They listens extremely well where I never had to tell them twice to do something. The experience I had with KB Home Healthcare services was truly wonderful. Everything from the attention to detail and helpfulness of the office staff, to the incredible care provided by the nursing staff was a cut above the rest. Having tried out several agencies, I can honestly say that KB Home Healthcare topped them all. The remarkable bond that the caregivers shared with my father will be something I remember fondly, always. The entire staff were professional, empathetic, responsive, and very helpful in planning and executing the care my 90 year old mum needed and need. The staff are to be lauded for the personal attention to detail, knowledge of medication administration and care. I have personally worked with Kwaku (owner) at Sunrise Senior Living , when he was the Executive Director . He was dedicated to giving the best care to the residents and his team. He goes above and beyond what is expected. I know that he brings the same dedication, attention to detail and care to KB Healthcare Services. I would definitely recommend his services.

We used KB for a total of 9 months to provide an aide for my mom on a daily basis. Communication with Kwaku was excellent. If ever the regular aide wasn't able to make it, a substitute would show up. There may have been 1 or 2 days when no one could be found and I was called or texted. Billing was easy, clear and efficient. Of the 4 agencies we have used over 2 years, they were definitely the best in the administrative areas. I think the quality of the aides varies within KB services but all the agencies/services we used had a similar variability.
