The staff is very friendly and helpful but the rental properties are very run down. We’ve been staying in Seaside for many years but I think we are done. It seems like they are squeezing the money out of the properties without doing any maintenance or renovations. We stayed at The Musician townhouse in December of 2021. The AC didn’t work, the kitchen sink wouldn’t drain, the shades had been removed (anyone at the front door could see into the bedroom and bathroom). The appliances and amenities are old and shabby. That’d be ok if the rate was cheap but it’s not! We were paying well over

Booked long weekend October 2021 at The Pointe with a condo with a plunge pool.
Issue #1: Turned up to condo and was "downgraded" to a condo without a pool. Zero communication other than when I checked in, I had to call agency and the lady on the phone told me I was "downgraded".
Fought all weekend to get a response to what/if they would credit me the price difference for the suites. As of my drive home, they offered to credit me some, but not all of the price difference. I had to call them multiple times Friday, Saturday, and walk into office Sunday prior to leaving -- still not solved.

Beware of using this rental agency to book your next rental! I have been using this agency for many years to book the Dragon's Lair cottage. What a shock when I saw this cottage! Mold , mildew, broken furniture, rotten wood floors, dirt on all floors, dirty kitchen, dirty furniture with horrible stains, dirty bedding, no blankets, no clean sheets, musty smell, mildew in washing machine, refrigerator frozen, 3 mugs, very little supplies, same furniture and decor for 10 plus years, dead sticks for decor, lights not working, tv sound not working, broken duct on floor with filthy dirt inside, sticky

Wanted to have a little get away with my family for the 4th of July. Booked the Sip n Dip cottage after they had a cancellation. Was happy to get in on such a short notice. CRA was responsive and friendly at the time of my booking, so no complaints there. However, after we arrived and found our rental to not be as clean as it should be and the furniture dusty, slipcovers dirty and worn, along with dirty floors, we were not happy! I made contact with CRA via email and have yet to hear back from them and it has now been five days since I reached out to them. The experience was so awful that we cut

Stayed in the iconic Stairway to Heaven—incredible to look at from the outside, but even beyond belief on the inside (there's even a life sized horse in there!) CRA is always attentive, and the place was immaculate. Would give the place more stars if I could!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Booked a cottage for my daughter for her birthday and when she got there the place was disgusting. Stains all over the carpets. Filth and grime all over the walls and the staircase. Hair on beds, bed spread stained hair also covering the shower floors.
When my daughter went back to the office to speak with them about the unit, employees were rude and unhelpful. Tried to offer her another disgusting cottage.
Called management and they offered no assistance and refused a refund. DO NOT BOOK HERE!
