Named after the blooming blue lupine flowers and mountainous sand dunes, Blue Mountain is where serenity and relaxation meet. It has rare coastal dune lakes - Big Redfish, Little Redfish and Draper Lake. Located on the far west of Scenic Hwy. 30A, there is so much natural beauty to be found in this beach community. 5 coastal dune lakes- Allen, Campbell, Morris, Stallworth and Oyster are perfect for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding! Any place with the 32459 zip code is known to be Santa Rosa Beach so if you are staying in Blue Mountain or WaterColor, you are still in Santa Rosa Beach. As the largest beach neighborhood in South Walton, to the north it touches Choctawhatchee Bay and to the south the Gulf of Mexico.

Update: management sent a refund. Thankful for that.
I had emailed to let them know we never selected the travelers insurance and was still charged. After not hearing back I have a call and Kelly was unprofessional, cut me off when talking and then was sarcastic back. Disappointed and hope to hear from management.

Very rude company to work with. After having to reschedule our trip due to being a healthcare worker during the peak of COVID then getting COVID myself we were told that there was no proof of us requesting to reschedule our trip. Everyone we spoke with was short, rude and would cut you off mid sentence. We even paid extra for the travelers insurance and we're never reimbursed. Do not rent anything managed by this company. We learned our lesson and check to make sure wherever we plan to stay from now on is under different management.

We had a wonderful experience over the Christmas holiday. We rented "Sunny Side Up" condominium. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Incredibly large bedrooms and baths. Very spacious and located on the first floor that opened out nicely to a huge pool. Adagio is upscale and very well maintained. The unit was impeccably clean and included all the amenities and necessities that a condo this size should provide. I thought the unit felt larger than the pictures depict. It is located on the ocean side of 30A with its own private access to the beach. You don't have to try and race around to find a golf cart

After reading several bad reviews I was a bit hesitant to stay with Sand Dollar One, but decided to give them a try for a quick family getaway to the beach with the grand kids. Couldn't have been more pleased and happy that we did! Arrived to a very clean home that had lamps on through out the house and the temperature had been preset to a comfortable setting( which matters when you get to be my age!) While there we did run into a couple maintenance issues but was able to get a hold of someone from Sand Dollar at 1st call and they had their maintenance tech over with in the hour to fix the issue

Sand Dollar One is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. First, they absolutely refused to discuss any policies related to Florida's short-term rental ban. I booked a house with them back in January and paid half of the rental cost up front, with the second half due in April. By March, there was a ban on short-term rentals in Florida, which would have prevented us from going on our trip. I tried to reach out to Sand Dollar One to find out how they were handling the ban and what their policy for re-scheduling/refunding would be should the ban remain in place. First, Sand Dollar did

While the stay that we had was good, not great, but good, what occurred after our stay was quite possibly the worst experience we've ever had. about three weeks after our stay, we suddenly received a ridiculously large fee for what was described as a "broken golf cart". When we requested information about the golf cart, no one was able to tell us what was broken. After investigation, it was found that the golf cart was not even inspected for a full two weeks after our departure. Not to mention the fact that the very last thing we did before leaving was take a golf cart ride, in what can only be

We had a great time with this company. The house was great, everything was clean and we didn't see any issues anywhere. The agent who I had booked through actually sent me an email after my stay checking up on me, making sure I had an enjoyable experience. I love when a company has such great customer service, and whenever I decide to go back to the area I will turn to Sand Dollar One first.

I wish I could give zero stars. I started with a call while me and my family were driving in saying the rental house had been trashed by the previous renters and we would have to be temporarily moved. We stayed at a different house for a day and a half, then we went to the actual house that we rented. Upon arrival I quickly realized the house was not in any condition to be rented: the couch had a white substance splattered all over it, ever wall had splatters, the dishes were dirty, a bed frame was broken, and the list goes on. I immediately contacted Sand Dollor One and they sent over a cleaning
