Four Seasons Apartments

First and worst apartment experience that I've ever had. The management do not care about the tenants and the rooms are sub-par.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
If your care AT ALL about your money and Good communication from Management, this is NOT the place for you. I have moved a lot over the past years to different complexes and by far this is the worst place imaginable. For the price it is in a good location, however, for 100 dollars more you would get a way better deal. Trust me when I say this, it is not worth moving into this complex for a low budget. I have experienced management coming into my unit without notice, messing with my mail, and hid important information to get more money out of me. Please do take my words lightly

We came in for our appointment to see an apartment which we received confirmation for to see. As we drove 30 mins to get here and arrived, the rental office greeted us and said just a moment. They came out 3 mins later and said that all appointments are canceled as of right now without any notice before we arrived. They didn’t bother trying to reschedule and needless to say I won’t be coming back to view an apartment with such service.

I have lived here nearly 20 years and am quite content. The location affords quick access to downtown and freeways. The apartment building is well maintained. Everyone who works here is friendly, helpful, and competent.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT MOVING TO FOUR SEASONS APARTMENTS IN WALNUT CREEK, CALIFORNIA.
My experience was okay while living at Four Seasons Apartments, but my issue is with how they took advantage when I moved out. They took my security deposit and charged me an additional balance for a full carpet replacement. There were no damages to the carpet that would warrant a full carpet replacement (no large stains, no rips, and no burns). The carpet simply needed to be shampooed and vacuumed, which I did not have time to do with my tight timeline of moving to Los Angeles. They completely bypassed the

The price and location might be appealing but don’t do it! They will find a way to not get you your deposit back. They’ve done this with 3 other tenants I know as well. Not only did they refuse to give our deposit back but they are charging us some money as well. The entire time I lived there they were all extremely rude and unwilling to help out. Kenny is the only exception to this. I never write reviews but had to for this since it was so terrible. The parking situation is also awful. You are guaranteed to not find a spot if you get there after 6pm. Guests had to park down the block and walk

Great place but mean managers. They will push you to apply and take your application fee then will come with many aggressive conditions in a very unprofessional way. Highly not recommended

I lived here for 9 months and the moved to another place. The place itself is good, but the leasing office manager is really mean woman. When you check out from this apartment, she will try her best to capture any tiny thing in your apartment so that she can withhold as much money from your deposit as possible. When I was there, my deposit was $800 and they only refund me $250 even after I did a thorough cleaning. Be aware of this and get ready to say goodbye to your deposit when you sign the lease.

I don't live here. One of my best friends did and I was always there and then he moved and my Ex/Friend happened to move into not only the same complex building but the exact same apartment.. It was my getaway, my hiding spot. I loved the pool and the hot tubs and the view from his balcony at night time was gorgeous and so peaceful and relaxing. The freeway is right there so you do hear the cars but speaking from my experience it wasn't loud it all just came together made it one of a kind.
