Both Brian and Steven have a broad array of experience in real estate, corporate and business law, and wills and probate. Because the law has become more complex, Brian and Steven have divided responsibility for certain areas of law to obtain more expertise to better represent their clients. For instance, Brian focuses his real estate practice in condominium law, 1031 Exchanges and construction litigation.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! The Secretary has NO KNOWLEDGE of certain things, told me she wasnt a Lawyer but tried telling me what was against the law and tried fussing with me on the phone AFTER Brian Hess , myself, and My Husband sat down and discussed the law. We paid them $1200.00 and for 3 days called, left messages and she said we were liars we didnt leave messages. Very rude, hung up on me and my husband. We got our money back. They do not have a damn clue about Landlord Tenant laws. Brian seemed very lazy and didnt want to return calls.

Very unprofessional. They will not return calls or answer emails. They failed to do what they promised. The only thing that they are good at is taking your money. I was very disappointed. This is the worst experience that I have ever had. They know or care nothing about customer service! Do not use them unless you just want to give your money away with zero results. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I would rather deal with a snake oil salesman! Stay away from this attorney. Do not use!

Steve Applebaum of Brian Hess Law Offices has been Cyber Sytes, Inc's attorney since we started the business in 1998. He has always been professional, fair-minded and done a thorough job for us. Extremely unprofessional. Mr. Applebaum has a condescending attitude and was disrespectful. As bad as his demeanor was, it was only exceeded by a complete lack of understanding and knowledge of the legal issues I hired him to respresent me in. If you are looking for confidence in your legal defense, I strongly suggest that you look elsewhere. Best of luck.
