We spent 4 nights at Villa de Goulet and it was amazing! SeaCrest has by far been our favorite place to stay on the island! Pools are great, easy parking, beautiful grounds and best of all Pool Bar Jim’s!! We had one little issue with a toilet and it was addressed immediately and fixed! We will definitely be back and Five Star Properties will be the first place I check! Thanks for a wonderful trip!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Fairway to Heaven in Sea Pines. The staff at Five Star Properties responded quickly with questions and requests. The house was well kept, beautiful, and the perfect location. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent through Five Star Properties in the future!

Do not book from these people. We booked in December for June despite their horrible cancellation policy. We took out travel insurance so we wouldn't lose half our money that we had to put down immediately. In February, they canceled our reservation, saying the owners decided to live in the house permanently. They said they would refund our credit card. 14 days later after several calls and finally getting Visa involved, our refund has shown up. We would have suffered a hefty penalty had we canceled but they don't suffer the same. This caused us lots of time and energy to find another house (through

We stayed at 4 Red Maple Road, Hilton Head, managed through Five Star Properties. The house and pool were wonderful. Clean with lots of amenities. We especially appreciated the helpfulness and efficiency of Five Star Properties. They were quick to respond and accomodate. Would definitely rent through them again.

Five Star Properties staff (not the house) specifically Meredith, is who I am giving this rating too. She was wonderful. We had several problems with the house we rented in Hilton Head and the company made every possible attempt to rectify the problems. Meredith was even helping me while she was on vacation herself. When you have a company willing to work with you, instead of ignoring the problems, it doesn’t ruin your vacation. Thank you for that!

Terrible experience. Our family reserved the Southern Soleil property online, paid in full, messaged owner and received booking confirmation. Two weeks before our planned arrival I received a note from Jeremy with Five Star saying they'd double booked the home and were canceling and refunding our money. I messaged Jeremy for further explanation but received no reply. Our family was devastated as the island was now entirely sold out. After spending an entire panicked day on the phone, we were able to book a lesser home, farther from the beach for thousands $ more.

We booked a rental house in March for our Hilton Head vacation in July. Several times between then and the scheduled vacation, we received emails reminding us of their no refund policy and a reminder to pay the balance, of course. Yet, not one time did this rental company inform us of any construction happening at the residence or of any potential cancellations.
Until.....FOUR DAYS before our vacation.....we received a voicemail and email just before their office closed that our reservation was canceled due to construction not being

We rented Beach Haven in Palmetto Dunes for Christmas and New Years through Five Star Properties for a get together with our extended family. The staff at Five Star were a pleasure to deal with. They reached out to us to see how we liked the house and if there was anything we needed after we checked in. They even told us if we had any issues, not to worry because they would be there over the holidays. There were no issues and they had left us an extra tank of propane for the BBQ which was very thoughtful. The house is laid out so everyone has their own space. The open kitchen, dining and living

We booked with Five Star Properties and our experience was nothing short of "5 Star"!! First off, the house we stayed in was absolutely spectacular, second row from the ocean with a view from almost every bedroom. We had more towels than we usually have when we vacation, which came in handy, silverware in both kitchens, and the house was much more clean than we typically expect out of a rental this large. When the hot tub quit working, they sent someone out almost immediately to fix the problem. Five Star Properties lived up to their name, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking

Five Star has managed my home for the past 2 seasons. I was a little skeptical going with a guaranteed rental return as it sounded too good to be true. They were recommended by one of my friends so I moved forward with them. They guaranteed a higher rent than my Sea Pines property had every previously returned. After 2 seasons they've been amazing to work with and never missed a payment. Would highly recommend to anyone that has a property they don't use all season long.
