Trident Rentals is a family owned, full service property management company proudly offering rentals in Shelter Cove, Palmetto Dunes Resort and other locations on Hilton Head Island. Cecile O'Neill Eck, General Manager and Broker in Charge, is a native of Charleston and the former owner of Charleston Resort Properties with two locations managing over 80 homes and villas in Wild Dunes, Isle of Palms, Kiawah and Seabrook.

You will receive a text one day prior to arrival with directions to our office and pass retrieval code. Palmetto Dunes recently changed their policy such that guests are no longer allowed to pick up vehicle passes at their office. Therefore, you will need to stop by our office (1B Shelter Cove Lane) to retrieve your pass(es) before entering the resort.
Our office has been located in the Harbormaster building in Shelter Cove for over 35 years. Having our home base within minutes of our properties insures our guests the best possible service, fast check- in and convenient access to our staff. We are close by for information or assistance and are always happy to share our local expertise with you!

We've been coming to Hilton Head Island for 19 years. We almost always rent a condo through Trident. Shelter Cove marina is the best location on the Island and very reasonable. The view of the marshland and the marina are stellar. Our favorite restaurant (Bistro 17) is a 5 minute walk from our condo. Love it here. If you are coming to HHI and looking for a place to stay, contact Trident.

My family has rented a condo annually from Trident Villas for years and we've always had the best stay! Cele and her staff are incredibly helpful and friendly as they find a condo that is both beautiful and affordable for your family. The condos are always spic-n-span and have nice amenities. Cele and staff always have suggestions for things to do, even for the kiddos. We love renting from Cele knowing that we can always call if there's ever an issue and it gets resolved immediately. We just got back from our week in Hilton Head and our kids are already asking when we can go back

Trident Villa Rentals serves as my agency for rentals and management of my property on Hilton Head. They do an outstanding job @ both. The most important thing for me is that when someone is renting my villa and they need help they will get quick resolution so that their stay is pleasant & problem free.
