Services
Western was established in 1996 with one truck and one service. With 21 years of experience under our belt, we have progressed into a much larger, developed foundation. Western now has upwards of 50 trucks and provides a variety of services to hundreds of customers. We take pride in serving local residents as well as some of Utah's largest construction companies.
We provide open top containers and compactors for various types of projects. We specialize in commercial, construction, industrial, and residential sites and offer several different container sizes to choose from to suit your needs including: 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 yard. We provide a variety of container sizes to choose from including: 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 yard for your smaller projects.
Western Big City provides a large variety of open-top containers ranging in size from 15 yards up to 50 yards. These trash containers are perfect for cleaning out your basement, garage, or any clean up project. Along with general junk and trash removal in the extended Salt Lake Metro area, contractors and homeowners find our containers are an economical choice for most construction debris removal projects as well.
Our front load containers are perfect for one-time clean-up jobs ranging from small homes to large apartment complexes, or for your ongoing business waste-removal needs. Western Big City offers multiple sizes to choose from, 2-, 3-, 4-, 6-, 8 yard containers, so you can get the right size and only pay for the space you need.
Western Big City offers Dump Truck and Trailer Services for earth removal, demolition projects, or transport of scrap metal to mills or recyclers. Company does not own up to any responsibility when screwing up.. Also has an excuse for anything that is there anything that is their fault. They knocked over my wall at my business And blame it on is on a different person Even though their driver Gary came inside and told us he knocked the wall over. They only hire family so employees are not worried about treating customers poorly because they know their job is not in jeopardy. Mommy will protect them. Is truly a terrible experience overall. I work for Okland Construction, which is a commercial construction company, and I have been using Western Big City for almost 2 years now. As a field engineer, I usually arrive to a project with waste services already set up and in place. Over the past two years I have made requests for to swap out 30 CY & 6 CY dumpsters as they fill up with construction debris. I have also used their concrete wash out service as well. Jen has been my primary contact with the company, and she has always been very helpful and responsive. I always try to give 24 hrs notice, and I can't think of the last time where

Horrible Company. I was hit by a rock on the freeway that came out of one of their gravel trailers in April and there safety manager Frank would not respond to any phone calls or emails. I had to go another route trying to get the damage paid for and they are refusing to pay for it saying it’s a road hazard. Their truck driver was driving way too fast in a middle lane and now I have to pay $800 to replace my windshield because of their negligence.
