Young Girl at the scale had a terrible attitude and no customer service skills. She acted like I should have known how they operate before I got here. On the other hand the operator was nice and helped me unload the truck. She also ended up paying me out when the younger girl had problems printing the check.
If you come prepare to deal with a rude snarky girl at the desk.

I've gone to this location a few times, but after today I think I'll find a new place. Called yesterday to ask about engines and closing time. All the signage says 5pm, but at 3:58 the guy is out locking up all the gates. Either I got bad information or the guy wanted to get on with his friday. Prices for metal aren't the greatest either. Strip all your copper down and they label it "red brass". Aluminum gets labeled iron unless it is cans. I'd put up a bigger stink except this place is very convenient between work and home and my scrap runs are never really much anyways.

This place is substandard. I spoke with 3 people there and they were all not helpful. I had to ask multiple questions to know what to do. I had to ask what to do at first. Then I had to ask whether or not I have to unload myself. The answer was yes. I had to drive thru the scale twice because they didn't catch it the first time. The girl at the scale and the register was acting like I was bothering her. I would recommend going somewhere.
