Worse than nothing. Took him my computer to reinstall windows, he said that he would fix it that day and call me to pick it up. I was in a hurry so I left it with him. It took me almost two weeks to be able to even pick up my laptop again. The guy is NEVER around. I called or went to his store during his business hours (which are on a sticky note on the front door) almost every day he claimed to be open. Can't leave voicemail so eventually I left a physical note on his door just asking him to call me the next time he was in so I could get my computer back and try to fix it myself. He didn

If I could give this place a 0, I would. I came in for software issues on my laptop and was told it was an easy fix-- all that needed to be done was a keyboard replacement. I was told it would take about 2-3 weeks. About a month later, I received no phone calls and there was 0 communication from anybody. I decided to call them and ask what was going on, and they told me that they ordered the wrong keyboard and needed to re-order the correct one. I understood at the time because mistakes can happen, but 1 month turned into 2, 2 months into 3, and so on. In total my computer was "fixed" in a time

I have zero knowledge when it comes to computers. I brought my desktop in for repair. What was thought to be a simple item at first (needed a new power source ) ended up being much more complicated. Mike thoroughly explained everything he needed to do, none of which I understood , and also gave me some helpful pointers. He set me up with a different computer actually better than the one I had and the price was very reasonable Mike is very knowledgeable and his prices are more than fair. I made an appt the night before to bring in my computer. I was told that the person would be there by 11am. When I showed up no one was there and no one showed. The person, the owner I guess, texted me that he would call me back several time but did not. When I said that he was acting unprofessionally but not being there at the appointed time he dismissed me by essentially saying he had enough business anyway. I would give zero stars if possible

GREAT SERVICE! My computer hard-drive went bad, and Windows 10 "crashed". They installed Windows 10, copied my data, and had my computer back in a day! Great Price. WOW. Very helpful. I also had an email issue when I got home (forgot password). They helped me figure out how to regain access to my email. Try that anywhere else. Best PC laptop repair.

I brought my computer in for virus removal. Unknown to me, my roommate had been getting on my computer, and kept getting viruses. These guys truly went the extra mile, and removed my viruses 2 more times, and even remoted into my computer, the final time, so I would not have to drive in. I've been going to this shop for years. They have provided me with excellent service, including free advice over the phone, and selling me a refurbished computer when my computer had a crashed motherboard. The owner sold me the computer he had fixed up for himself for only $250 and it has lasted me 3 years and counting. I love supporting a local company and truly appreciate every interaction I've had with the talented folks at this establishment.

We took our ASUS PC here in Jan. We were told our mother board was bad and I'd have it back in a week. The owner, is a nice enough guy, however is lacking on the customer side. I had to repeatedly call to see when my computer would be finished. We were told the motherboard could only come from China and the one they sent was bad so they had to reorder one. Three weeks later we have a new motherboard we pay about $400 and take my 2.5 year old laptop home. It works for a day or two and then stops working, same as before. I take it back since we have a warranty and are told we got another
