AWESOME experience with Michael! My laptop crashed last evening after trying to upgrade my RAM. The SSD C drive fried. Angi's list connected me up with Michael from Computer Systems Services, who called me and drove to my home immediately. He tested my machine, diagnosed the problem, and took it back to his shop to fix. He adjusted the BIOS to work with the new RAM (32 GB), installed an upgraded SSD drive (5 GB), re-installed the OS, and tweaked my system to be as fast, sleek, and powerful as possible. Michael is a very nice, honest and knowledgeable guy. The hardware i bought wasnt compatible with my computer and after trying to make it work he ended up just dropping my computer off and not charging me a thing! I will be taking my rig back soon with the right parts!

Our business computer suddenly crashed the afternoon before we were having a big sale at our store. The first place I called would’ve charged us a $125 rush fee on top of their regular fee to look at it and couldn’t even guarantee they would get to it in time. I called here and talked to Michael and he was very understanding about the urgency of our situation and offered to come over to our store as soon as possible. He quoted me a very reasonable rate to diagnose the issue and was there within 30-45 min. While it was bad news for the computer (not much he could do with a fried hard drive)
