I recently moved to Whidbey Island, and called the DeLong agency in Freeland to get quotes on homeowners, earthquake, auto, and umbrella policies. I worked with Jenna to get the quotes, and eventually to write the policies. I was thrilled to find that State Farm underwrites their own earthquake rider on a standard homeowners policy -- for a VERY reasonable price. Very few of the larger companies do this - most refer the earthquake coverage to a secondary market underwriter. Jenna was very professional, responsive, and just downright easy to work with. I'm happy to be with the DeLong State Farm

I have been a client of State Farm with Sheila DeLong since I turned 16, and have had nothing but positive experiences. They are easy to reach, very responsive and helpful, and have made all processes smooth and understandable.
