I was with progressive before State Farm and Jamileh Kassis was whom I worked with on the switch. Not only did I get it cheaper, but I added my apartment insurance too and was still cheaper by almost 80$ a month! Couldn’t be happier with how responsive, and helpful she was! Thank you!

Excellent service! I made the switch from "bargain" auto insurance and ended up with better coverage and better rates through State Farm. Not only that, but they were proactive in offering savings since I haven't driven much this year due to COVID. Their team has been responsive and professional in all follow-ups, as well as questions about bundling my insurance. When they noticed a discrepancy on my account, they were proactive in reaching out and got it resolved right away. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I have been with State Farm for almost 5 years and I have always been pleased until 3 months ago. First this team doesn’t even tell you when you’re rate goes up. The communication with this agency is 0. Finally after my rate went up to $195 it was time to find something else. After emailing them to cancel my policy 5 days prior so they don’t charge me THEY STILL DO! State Farm is a great insurance company but RUN from this agency! You’re better off somewhere else.
