This place is so old!!!! The only area that looked halfway decent was the lobby. Water stained ceilings, infestation of lady bugs. They informed us that we would not have room service due to Covid which makes absolutely no sense. Also we were instructed to put our towels and wash clothes on the outside of the room and someone would come retrieve and replace them. Well they retrieved our towels NEVER replacing them. We called the service desk to inform them of the error, also to see if they would deliver them. We were told they have more towels available at the front desk and it would be faster

The place is dated as others have said, but it appears that they are starting that process with the lobby/ front desk area. But that's it so far. The room we stayed in had clean beds (looked new), carpet, sheets and walls. However found black mold on the top of the shower and top of bathroom door (inside/ in bathroom). Found little things in the room that needed fixed/ patched with the drywall but nothing big. Also a lack of outlets. 4 total I belive, including the one in each (2) lamps. It was a little dark in the hallways and room due to lack of lighting. We spring for the mountain view room

It's not as bad as these people have reviewed! The hallways were the only thing that was outdated. But aside from that, the views were worth every cent, the suite rooms were spacious and clean, lobby was beautiful with outdoor deck to hangout and intake scenary. It has a nice restaurant with a view. I would go back, because its close to everything and convenient location.

I know why Gatsby stared across the lake every night. You can’t get a better view than this, at least not from any other hotel I know of in the area. We got a room with a porch and lake/mountain view. It’s quiet here, views breathtaking, songbirds and swans in the distance. Fresh sweet air. The hallways of the hotel are dimly lit and outdated but the rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. Check-in people are nice too. Basement level has an arcade and a small gym and pool across the hall. There’s changing rooms with shower stalls adjoining them. Close proximity (5 min drive) from the Outlets

After checking out a few hotels in the area I wasn’t confident based on the reviews any would make me feel like I wasn’t staying in a dump. The building is definitely on the older side, but the room was clean. Met some great people and bartender at the hotel bar and would definitely chose to stay here again if I find myself in the area. If your looking for a clean bed at a reasonable cost that’s what you’ll get!

Spent the weekend this past weekend . Such a shame can be a beautiful place with some tlc . Shower head was full of mold , lost a earring down bathroom sink cause there was no stopper or drain , we had 1 hanger… that was broken and the entire place did not seem sterilized since this Covid . Def look for another hotel until the owners step it up . Pool is a ice bath and hot tub filthy with broken tile that my fiancé cut his foot on . Spend the extra $ and stay at a Marriott trust me
