Kids loved it. We adults liked it. Could have been a little longer for the price. Felt rushed and we got in quick which is a plus but we were running into the people in front of us and the people behind us so we couldn't get that scare like we went there for . Clown section was crazy colors were vibrant and on point . Small improvements but overall a great experience for everyone.

First time experiencing Hotel of Horror, upon arrival it was all very organized, ample parking, staff very friendly, the building itself is the perfect host for such an attraction.
They space out the groups, so when its your turn to walk through you feel like there's no one else ahead or behind you, love this!
The decor is very creepy, well detailed, lot's of cool vintage and antique curiosities, not things you'd find at a Halloween store.
Don't want to give away any surprises but it took us almost a full 30 minutes to walk through, which made the experience feel substantial and worth the ticket

Waited about 1hr in line which was nuts. If you're a adult who doesn't scare easy then this isn't the place for you. My 11yo had a lot of fun and a lot of startled moments but never actually scared. It was cool and the decorations are awesome. The stafe (outside the hotel) are real nice. The actors do a great job staying steady then catching you off guard. Definitely a fun time.

This place is AMAZING! Field of Screams, Jason’s Woods, Pennhurst is NOTHING compared to this place! Every room is amazingly decorated from start to finish. Typically I rely On other people (strangers) for a sense of security to get through these haunted attractions, they make sure the guests are well separated so there is no sense of security there. The floors move, walls shake/move, lights flash, they throw things your way to completely leave you disorientated. Actors are all on point! This was a wonderful Halloween activity. :)

This year I went to Field of Screams, Bates Motel, Terror Labs, Reapers Revenge, and Hotel of Horror. Hotel of Horror was by far the best, no comparison. Well spaced apart groups made the wait worth it, plenty of actors who took it seriously, and the decor was great. The only things disappointing were the lack of ventilation in the basement (which smelled horrible) and that the theater was closed.

This is one of the better haunted houses! Excellent environment for smiles, laughs and screams, the staff is very well verse in costumes and scare tactics!! Parking is a breeze, and although the li e is long, it moves quickly. If you want amazing and fulfilled experiences, this is the place to go and you won't be disappointed!! Enjoy!!!

This haunted house attraction was fantastic. From the way it’s organized to the details in each room and the actors there to scare you, the Hotel of Horror was very professionally created. Whoever is in charge of the set up is truly a fan of horror.
The Hotel of Horror begins with your group entering several levels of themed rooms that offer a delightful fright. There are several heart stopping scares throughout the Hotel including pitch dark areas to make your scariest thoughts come to life.
I highly recommend visiting this location. It is one of the best Haunted House attractions I have been
