French Manor promotes covid by not letting their guests reschedule. I had an appointment for services this morning and my daughter woke up with a fever. I thought it would be a good idea to test myself before I went and everyone in my household tested positive for Covid. they still wouldn't credit my services and charged me instead. I could have just went as I'm asymptomatic. I'm SURE other people who are in the same situation as me are there with covid because they don't want to lose their money. terrible practices during a pandemic.

Fantastic stay at a great location and a fabulous spa area and service but some big withdraws. We did not have hot water in the Turret suite which is hard to believe but true. This meant we couldn't take a shower 😒. Other upsetting part was how disappointing the dinner was. It took an hour and a half for our main entree's to come starting from the time of our reservation. Very few and non-diverse options, ESPECIALLY if you have any dietary restrictions, average service if I'm being gracious, and the food was very bland and mediocre at best. The cherry on-top is paying $200 for this and still

What a delightful place to relax!! The food is heavenly. The people are very efficient and friendly. The Manor is very beautiful!! Pool was divine!! Views are fantastic!! The Spa is wonderful!! Had two massages that were done exactly as I needed. The rooms and Spa and Manor are all impeccably clean!! The French Manor is truly a gem!! I will be returning in the future! Thank you for a relaxing, rejuvenating experience.

If you are looking for a place to relax....this is the place. Very peaceful and quiet with incredible views from balcony. Owners are beyond nice. A few tweaks needed. Updates needed...shower is slippery and there are no bars there or near jacuzzi.. We had room service breakfast and items were missing from our order daily, plus coffee cake was extremely stale. Our omelets were delicious so its really more about the quality of delivery than the cooking. We would stay there again, but would probably order breakfast elsewhere.

The room was nice and clean, the resort is beautiful
The pool: amazing, cannot be better.
The spa: we enjoyed every second on our massage, it was so relaxing and professional
The food/ restaurant:( reason for 3 stars ). The restaurant, from service, through cocktails, the food, the desert, the prices, all in all - AWFUL, the service was unprofessional , bar tender has absolutely no idea what he is doing (he was very nice!) the food was missing salt/ flavours, creativity, very simple and cheap ingredients, almost Embarrassing.

Highly recommend French Manor. Had a fabulous girls getaway at this inn. The staff are the best, the spa gives top notch service, the facilities are very clean, the pool and hot tub area are very relaxing, the rooms are perfect and stocked with comfy seating, fireplace, spacious, extra treats with serene views. The food was deliciously magnificent and the tea time included awesome homemade cookies. Simply an amazing Inn.
