I have been leasing here for not even 1 month and it has been the worst mistake I’ve ever made. The manager has given my family and I nothing but the runarounds with everything. I had a water leak at 9:30pm. on 4/11/2020 and it took them almost 2 weeks to get someone out and still the issue was left unresolved. The manager told me that she can’t do anything about the water under my floor unless the floor starts to buckle. I will never rent from this place ever again. By far the worst!!!!!

It was at the end of March 2017. We went for a quick apartment tour. Apartment was little small but not too bad. We decided to sign up for a small 1 bed-room apartment. And, we were told to put down $200 deposit to reserve the apartment and we did not have cash so went to get Money Order from nearby store after letting them know. When we got back with money order within 30 minutes, we were told somebody else gave the deposit and took the apartment. I was like WOW, Really? It was the lady so called supervisor or whatever. Really good place! Good sized apartments for the price, especially with the one month free AND move in special they do. Small community and it’s really homey. Dog park is small, but there several parks within 10 minutes from here. Loving the apartments so far.
Applied a couple months ago and I don’t know why people are upset at the first come first serve basis of rent deposit. Come out ready with the money if you don’t want to miss out!
Also, I don’t understand why people complain on reviews. Make sure to at least try to resolve your issue with management. Be attentive to communication

What can’t I say about this apartment. The staff is amazing, some of the most nice and helpful people I’ve ever met. They helped me through the whole process of my move in and I hardly had to worry about anything. The first time I went inside the office the whole staff greeted me and even the manager came out and introduced herself.

Iv been here for 2 years now and I will say it is an Awesome place to live so peaceful and friendly the office manager and part time leasing agent has always been very helpful and taken care of any problem as quickly as possible they are always kind and friendly and assist in anyway they can and are always doing community functions for the kids so that we all as neighbors can get together and meet n greet awesome community to live in! Lindsey and Lauren and shannon the maintenance man are absolutely amazing!
