Fingerprinting Report

MustardSeed Health Care Services, LLC is licensed by Maryland Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) to capture and submit fingerprints for Federal and State background checks. Fingerprinting is performed and submitted electronically by professional and Federally certified fingerprint technicians using state-of-the-art equipment.

CPR & First Aid Report

Adult CPR deals with victims eight years of age or older. This course covers all cardiac and breathing emergency skills, including how to perform rescue breathing, clear an obstructed airway, and perform one rescuer CPR. Trains participants to identify and care for victims of illness and sudden injuries.

My girlfriend called ahead to verify that Mustardseed provided a service involved with fingerprinting. The girl who answered said they did. After paying for the service the information was still incomplete. We call back and they say they don't handle that service and wouldn't refund the money. The manager said the girl has worked there for years and wouldn't give wrong information. Also, it's their word versus ours. AVOID this business. The employees provided inaccurate information and refused to rectify the situation. Other businesses in the area provide the same service and will actually follow

I went in to mustardseed to get fingerprinted for a state licensure. I called ahead to verify that this service was provided and I was assured it was. A week later my licensure wasn't approved yet and it was because mustardseed does NOT provide this service. They ONLY told me they did NOT do card fingerprinting until I called inquiring about why I had not received my fingerprints. When I brought this up to a manager they said it was my word versus theirs and they wouldn't rectify the situation. Poorly trained employees. Used for fingerprints to renew CNA licenses. Fingerprints were never sent to CJIS. Employee stated everything was fine. Now can't work and complete mess unless license can be renewed.
